When is the new applicable?

The first exam in new structure will be held in June 2026

The last session in the traditional method of remote proctoring: January 2026

These students will get one year to register for the CS Executive exam even after passing the test in January 2026 without paying the exemption fee.

Revised Criteria for Eligibility

To register in the new system:

Only Indian nationals need apply.

Who is Exempt from CSEET?

The following groups of students are eligible to enroll for the CS Executive program directly into the CS Executive course:

Those who passed ICSI Foundation Examination

Candidates who have passed the CA Final (ICAI)

Those who have cleared the Final examination of the Chartered Management

Graduates & Postgraduates

Final year degree students can also register directly for the Executive Programme.

Passing Criteria

To pass the redesigned CSEET:

  • Minimum 40% in each paper
  • Minimum 50% aggregate
  • No exemptions
  • No carry-forward of marks
  • A student is required to qualify all papers in one sitting.

Other Important Points

  • CSEET registration is valid for 3 years.
  • Result of CSEET is valid for 1 year only.
  • Only E-mark sheets will be issued.
  • Exams will be held from 2:30 PM to 5:45 PM with 15 minutes reading time.
  • No refund of fees unless double payment.

2. Will the June 2026 CSEET exam be held at home or from exam venues?

CSEET exams will be held at specified exam centers. Remotely proctored (from home) exam mode is discontinued.

There are four papers altogether. Then there are three subjective papers and one objective paper based on OMR.

4. Is there any negative marking in the new CSEET?

No, there is not. There is no negative marking in the paper on Business Laws & Management.

5. What is passing criteria in CSEET June 2026?
