1. Permanent address, a working mobile number and a valid email ID
2. Photocopy of passport size coloured photograph (JPG OR JPEG format) (Dimension 3. 5cm X 4. 5 cm). Size of the same should not exceed 200kb
3. Certificate of age proof in (PDF format). Size of the same should not exceed 600kb
4. Electronic copy of the signature in (JPG OR JPEG format) with the dimension of 500 X 150 pixels. Size of the same should not exceed 100kb

Candidates have to apply online for all courses of CMA as under:
- Visit the official website of ICMAI – https://icmai.in/studentswebsite/Admission.php
- Navigate to the top of the page and click on the ‘Admissions’ link and a new page will open.
- Select the course of your choice and fill in the form with your information such as, personal information, address information, qualification information.
- Now, it is time to pay the application fee for your particular course and submit the application form.
- After successful registration and fee payment, candidates will receive an acknowledgment receipt or confirmation email.
- This will include details of the registration and further steps, such as accessing study materials and preparing for the exams.
