CS Executive Result June 2025: Institute of Company Secretaries of India will declare the results of CS Executive June 2025 on 25th August 2025. The institute will declare these results on the official website: https://www.icsi.edu/exam/exam-results/ .

Candidates have to use the registration number for accessing their result. The candidate must note that ICSI will not send a hard copy of the CS Executive result 2025. The CS Executive June 2025 exams were held offline from June 1 to June 9, 2025. After passing, candidates qualify for the professional level exam.

ICSI will release the CS exam pass Percentage for the Executive and Professional exams held in June 2025 on its website on 25th August 2025. These rates indicate the number of candidates who passed the exams. Check CS Pass Percentage for December 2024 session in the table below:

CS Result 2025 Verification of Marks

Once the ICSI result is announced, you can apply for verifying your marks. If you wish to do so, you can apply online or offline by paying INR 250 per subject which you wish to verify.

For offline application, download the verification form from the official website. Complete it and transmit it with a Demand Draft of the prescribed fee through speed/post registered to: The Joint Secretary, Date. of Examinations, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, C-37, Sector 62, Institutional Area, NOIDA – 201 309 (Uttar Pradesh). On the cover, mention “Application for Verification of Marks”. The Demand Draft must be drawn in favor of “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India” and payable at New Delhi. Alternatively, you may make payment in cash at the Regional/Chapter/Noida Office.

Steps to Make CS Result 2025 Verification Request

To request ICSI CS-certified copies of answer books or marks verification, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the given link.

Step 2: Login using your credentials.

Step 3: You will be taken to your dashboard after you log in.

Step 4: In case you have forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot password’.

Step 5: Click ‘Module’ and then submenu ‘Exam’.

Step 6: Choose ‘Verification Of Marks/Inspection/Certified Copies of Answer Books’.

Step 7: Enter details such as VMCR number, application type, and request type.

Step 8: Create a new request by clicking ‘Add new request’.

Step 9: Input exam details, roll number, registration number, contact details, correspondence address, and request type.

Step 10: Your result details will be shown on the screen based on your request type choice.

Step 11: Accept the guidelines by checking the relevant boxes.

Step 12: Go to payment by clicking on ‘proceed to payment’.

Step 13: Select your payment method and click ‘next’.

Step 14: Transaction ID and user details will be shown on the screen.

Step 15: Click on the payment gateway link to make the payment.

Step 16: After successful payment, a receipt will be produced. Print the same for reference purposes.

CS Result 2025 Qualifying Marks

In order to qualify in the Foundation, Executive, and Professional exams, the candidates must score at least 40% marks in each individual paper as well as an aggregate of 50% in all the subjects taken collectively in one sitting.
