ICSI CS December 2025 Exam Schedule For Executive & Professional
What is CS Executive exam?
CS Executive is a 9-month course subsequent to CS Foundation. Students must clear CSEET to seek admission in CS Executive. CS Executive is the second stage on the journey to becoming a Company Secretary. ICSI CS exam will be held from 01 June 2025 – 08 June 2025.
CS Executive Eligibility varies based on the previous education level completed by the student. Students must pass the CS Foundation to pursue the CS Executive course. Besides CS Foundation, students who have cleared an Undergraduate degree are also eligible to apply for CS Executive.
CS Executive Eligibility
The eligibility requirements of the CS Executive program are as follows.
- Students must have obtained more than 40% in the CS Foundation Exam.
- Graduates may apply directly for the CS Executive course.
- Candidates should be at least 17 years of age.
- CSEET cleared candidates can also apply for the CS Executive course.

What is CS professional exam?
Professional Programme
The Professional Programme is the last level of the CS course. This stage enables the students to be prepared for higher responsibilities by offering topics such as governance, risk management, financial management, and compliance. It also encompasses the practical sessions and internships.
Eligibility: Clearing the Executive Programme.
